Solenoid Actuated Diaphragm Pump

Description of Functioning: This is a Solenoid actuated Diaphragm Pump. The Diaphragm is Directly Connected to the Piston which Reciprocates Due to Magnetic Effect of an Electrically Activated Solenoid Coil.

The Coil actuation is regulated with help of a Special Electronic Card & Flow rate is regulated by means of regulating Stroke frequency. With additional feature of scaling down the Stroke frequency to 25% this pump has a very High Turn Down ratio Upto 1:25.

As the Diaphragm is Tightly Sealed between two Solid parts, Practically No Seals are required Making this pump a SEALLESS & ZERO LEAKAGE PUMP.

The Diaphragm is manufactured from Solid PTFE & is supported by a Backup Disc enabling it to withstand working pressures Upto 11 Kg. /Cm.2. The Diaphragm has very High Life Due to this special Design.
